How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of YOGA COZY (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

This review is for people who are in between sizes. I am 176cm, 58 kg and 24-25 inch waist and 37 inch hips. I usually have find sizing difficut can be a size US 0-4 Depending on the brand (or UK/AU 6-8). For this size chart I fit the waist size of the XS but hip size of the S. I have two different sizes for the shorts in this review the dark blue one is XS and the light blue one is S. I’d like to say first that anything from this seller is of amazing quality and while I do not own any dfyne leggings myself I own a lot of high end brand leggings and these are up there. As for sizing be aware that the XS in the shorts feels a lot tighter than the XS in the leggings so the size difference in the shorts is more apparent. Personally for the leggings either size is good and I think it really depends on the fit you like. I had an easier time putting on the size S leggings obviously but I don’t feel as snatched in them. The waist band is tight for the xs but not uncomfortable.

I have original DFYNE clothes, So I realised that the fabric seems slightly less thick and the logo a bit larger than the originals, but I still love them. The size S of the leggings were very tight on me, so I requested to exchange for size M. My measurements are: - Height: 1.65 m - Waist: 0.74 cm - Hip: 0.98 cm - Thigh: 0. 58 cm - Bust: 0.90 cm
Waist 28” & Hips 38”, I chose M - it fits but I think if you want a bit more compression, I would have gone for S. I am 5’2” and the length goes down all the way to my ankle.
I have it in several colors eye that not all have the exact size, why, unlike a blue one that I ordered first, it is a sporty size and it is very slim and it is like it had more elastasity and being the same size but they are pretty

I have the og DYNE (steel) colour, the AliExpress in Beige. Logo is identical, sizing I bought in XS for a more tighter fit. AliExpress is a little bit longer, other than that, everything looks and feels identical. Definitely buying more from Ali! Also shipping to AU only took 1 week. So happy with this purchase!

I love these leggings! First i tought im not gonna fit in to them, and it was a bit work to get them on but once on they fit like a glove! Booty area is transparent but as was expected on these leggings. Xs come up right to my navel, perfect lenght. Overall way better than i expected!
